Change Management

The Senior Leader’s Change Toolkit: Guiding People Through Transition with Confidence.

Overview

Leading an organisation through transition can be challenging; people naturally resist change.  This course provides leaders with skills to guide their teams, keep business goals on track, and build confidence.

During the event, we will explore approaches such as ADKAR, Lewin’s 3-stage and Kotter’s 8-step change models.  Using these practical tools, case studies and group exercises, you’ll learn how to manage risks, communicate effectively, and support people through uncertainty.

By the end of the event, you’ll be equipped to lead with clarity and ensure change delivers lasting results.

Objectives

During this short session you will learn:

  • Key principles of successful change management.
  • Recognise your unique role and influence in change.
  • Explore strategies to lead teams through uncertainty and resistance.
  • Practise applying change leadership in a case-based exercise.

Format

This course is usually delivered as a half-day programme for up to 15 participants. 

It can be delivered in-person or virtually using MS Teams, Zoom or other platform.

Please note the programme can be customised and the format adjusted accordingly.
