Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 30 days’ notice if you need to cancel a training course. Cancellations received within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date may be subject to the full course fee.

We understand that plans sometimes change, and where possible we will always try to accommodate requests to move a course to another date rather than cancel it. Any revised date will be subject to trainer availability and mutual agreement.

Where a course is postponed close to the agreed delivery date, we may raise the invoice based on the original booking date, even where a new delivery date has been agreed.

Our aim is to be fair and flexible while protecting time that has been reserved specifically for your course.
